Good oven at a fair price Wood fired pizza! This oven delivers. We were happy with our purchase and look forward to many more meals from this little gem. We enjoyed our chicken hot wings and will try empanadas next.We contemplated building a brick oven, but opted for this one – and we were cooking pizza on the same day it was assembled… no waiting for concrete to cure! There are a few uneven spots on the firebrick floor, but overall it is an easy wood fired oven in which to cook.

What a blessing to pizza lovers I left a short review before I used this, but fired it up twice to season it and found the bottom 2 large pieces of firebrick became uneven due to the warping of the bottom platform of the oven body from the heat. One tile raised up 1/2″ during firing and when cooled, returned to almost level. So worked around this by not straddling the off center “seam” when baking pizzas.I made 11 pizzas the first run with a very appreciative family. The two pictured are only 8″ and not overcooked…

Great pizza. Great oven, good environment for a pizza. A lot less learning curve than I expected. Makes making pizza fun and great tasting. The only negative is you have to constantly watch the bottom crust ,it will blacken quickly in that high heat. Once you get the hang of that you can’t beat the taste of the pizza.
