I needed this for a long time to aid in turning my wood-fired pizzas! I ordered this for my home wood-fired pizza oven built around a kettle shaped grill. I was looking for something to aid in turning the pizza once they are launched from the square peel. I needed something to help turn the pizza during baking and had noticed many restaurants used a smaller, round peel to lift and spin the pizza to change the direction facing the fire. You need something with a long handle to keep from reaching into a 900-1000 degree oven! This is long enough to do the job and…

Best pizza cutter I’ve owned. It might sound a little bit silly, but this thing is the best pizza cutter I have ever owned, and I wish I’d picked one up years earlier. It makes short work of deep dish/thick crusts, piles of toppings, and my love of entirely too much cheese without the mess of a roller style cutter – this thing is way easier to clean, too. Just be careful when using and cleaning it, as it’s quite sharp.

Very Nice !!!!!!! Finally after years of hot fingers and worry about dropping a pizza I’ve got the right product to use !! AND, the nice part is it’s easy to put away as the handle comes off easily.
