Great size for a 12-14 inch pizza I have never used a pizza peel before, and expected something a lot thinner. This peel is very sturdy. The edges are beveled, so it slides under the pizza well.I bought it because I wanted to try grilling pizza vs. baking it. I needed something larger than a spatula to maneuver the pizza dough on the grill. I’m happy to say it worked perfectly–I just need to remember to use some meal between the dough and the peel so that it will slide off easier!
I Found This A-Peel-ing Check your measurements, it’s tiny. I use it for a cutting board now. it’s very sturdy. It’s very nice, I just needed a bigger peel. I will get myself a larger peel, and in the meantime, this does make a perfect cutting board.
