Just when you thought your awesome hot pizza oven couldn’t get hotter!!! First off the Napoli pizza oven has been a showstopper at all my gatherings and now it’s football season, tailgates!!!Adding the burner attachment along with the wood tray (sold separately) I am able to keep my oven/stone in that 900 degree range and impart that wood fired taste on my pizzas, fish, chicken wings and anything else I decide to throw into that bad boy.This oven has been my new toy since getting it this past Father’s day.Bravo to the Napoli Pizza Oven crew!!!
Great service and great product I ordered the oven and propane attachment together. the propane attachment appeared to be defective so I wrote directly to Napoli and asked if I could trade it in. Eric was quick with a response and shipped a new burner, which works perfectly! Much easier to use than wood for multiple pies (I usually make 2-4). Gets up to temp quickly and stays there. Must have If you own the oven this is a must have item. Really heats quickly, but I would suggest that you also purchase the Napoli Wood burning accessory at the same time, the two work great together and it lets you add wood to the oven so you have that wood burn effect. It also acts as a shield for the flame.
