The wood tray warped It installs easily, fire starts really quick. I was expecting a heavy gauge steel unfortunately it was thin. Thin enough to warp during my first pizza. The pizza came out great the first time then the second burnt on the edges because of hot ashes falling onto the stone because of the warpage. I used wood chunks. A must! We have had the Napoli for about 2 years now, and have used both propane with a makeshift shield and Wood. Propane was a bit hard to control burning of the edges and lacked the wood fired taste, and Wood was hard to keep the temperature high enough for multiple pizzas, and takes a long time to heat up and cool down. Great product but no instructions. This is a huge game changer for the Napoli. The best of both worlds! The real value of this, however, is that the flame doesn’t directly hit the pizza. Before this attachment, my propane flame would ALWAYS burn one side of the crust so much that the piece of crust didn’t even taste good (everything else on the pizza was great, though).The reason for the 4/5 stars and not the perfect 5 is the lack of instructions for how to use the ding dang thing.
