Lady of the house will probably not like this product. This steel peeler looks well made, and feels hefty and almost even industrial (which is a good thing in my view). The folding mechanism works well and snaps solidly in to place when opened and does not jiggle; maybe a little too solidly as it is a little difficult to fold again. Certainly does not feel cheap. Keep that stupid sticker off the pan The pan will be decent if I can ever get this damned glue off the face of it. Why a manufacturer would do such a stupid thing is beyond me. I have been working on getting it clean for three days now and still unusable.
Now that’s a pizza peel! This is a very nice peel. Very sturdy and solid. If you want something might this isn’t it. Not too big either. I like it!
