Finally! The pan has two layers of ceramic coating that makes it both durable and easy to clean. The cream colored non-stick baking surface is PTFE Free, Cadmium Free, Lead Free, PFOA Free, and PFOS Free. The base of the pan is a fashioned colored high heat resistant non-stick. The 12″ Pizza Pan can be used in both a traditional oven and toaster ovens.USE and CARE Instructions: Before First Use- Remove all packaging materials and labels. Wash in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. UTENSILS – Plastic, rubber, silicone or wooden utensils are recommended. Avoid using any sharp objects or metal utensils because they can scratch any non-stick surface. Always remove food from the pan before slicing or cutting. CLEANING – Cool completely before washing. Hand wash with a soft cloth or sponge and nonabrasive cleansers or liquid dishwashing soap in warm water. Rinse and then dry with a soft towel.
Be sure to measure your toaster oven, doesn’t fit any of ours Bought this for 12″ pizzas in a toaster oven that accommodates 12″ pizzas, but the pan itself is too large and we can’t shut the oven door. Dimensions are stated so if you can make sure you measure your toaster oven first. We bought ours on Amazon when we bought the pan so couldn’t measure ahead of time and didn’t find out until we tried them together. That said, we simply cooked the frozen pizza at a higher temp and let it go a it longer until it looked done (because of the slightly open door)…
Does NOT fit in a Toaster Oven!!!! Shame on me for not reading all the reviews, however I went by the description and it is inaccurate! This does not fit in a toaster oven!!! I donât feel like dealing with sending it back so I did bake a frozen pizza on it in the oven tonight and the pizza did evenly cook. My kitchen has a lot of red, so I do like the color and finsh. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 for that reason, but never would have bought it if I knew it didnât fit in a toaster oven as stated!
It made a beautifully even, golden crusted extra thick This pan is soooo nonstick that I used it to form the crust dough (after punch-down) using just my hands (finger tips). It made a beautifully even, golden crusted extra thick, pepperoni, sausage, salami, onion, green pepper, hot pepper, black olive, with extra cheese and sauce pizza; using my Oster extra large countertop digital oven using the “pizza” setting. I have nothing on the durability of this pan but I am very impressed with the metal work…
