In the past , i choose very very inexpensive molds,because i don’t want to spend too much money in them. But with time passing by the surface of the mold will be scratched. Good, heavy pan. Can’t say how they will hold up over time, but I love these pans! right now! These are thick, heavy pans. I’m guessing they’ll hold up really well over time if used right. This is a deep pan. I used one cake mix & probably could have used 2 at one time with no overflow. The bake on this was was great! I coated the pan but don’t think I even had to.
