Great pizza paddle The product arrived in a beautiful box with a ribbon even though I did not indicate it was a gift. I am assuming that is standard. A very nice bread knife was also included. Good pizza peel! I recently got into firing pizzas in a backyard pizza oven and was looking for a wood peel to build pizzas on/drop onto the pizza stone. This peel has been good so far! We dust the pizza peel with corn meal or flour, put the stretched dough over the dusting and construct the pizza to our liking. So far we haven’t had any raw pizzas stick to the peel, but I think if we were to let a raw pizza sit for too long on the peel, we would start seeing more stickage. Excellent Purchase This was an impressive purchase. I wish everything I bought was as well thought out. Very visually beautiful for a wooden pizza peal. Exceptional attention to details; the peal, the packaging, the presentation, and they even added a bread knife, and quite an excellent knife on it’s own. This is sold by a very attentive company.
