A must for homemade pizza Okay. I was skeptical about a $55 block of wood and a piece of fabric (you have to admit, EXO has a pretty good profit margin here. Meh I was all excited about this thing. And then I used it. The material that forms the “conveyor” is not cut straight and so you have to use a little imagination to get it all lined up. It also has stitching that can catch on your dough if your not careful. With a lot of dry run practice sessions I got good at picking up and dropping off items from the peel. Excellent pizza peel I do a fair amount of shopping on Amazon but this is the first time I’ve wanted to review a product. I am so impressed with this pizza peel! I am new to cooking and my first attempt at homemade pizza was a disaster. The problem was getting the pizza from the counter to the hot pizza stone in the oven.
