Excellent improvement to home pizza baking I don’t have a pizza oven, and the best way to get a really well-finished pizza crust is in one. Regular oven baking can be doughy; I don’t like it.Using this stone, all I had to do was put it in the oven while it’s cold, then set the temperature. Decent quality but pizza peel is tiny Still need to try the stone a bit more but I didn’t realized how small the pizza peel was. It’s like half the size of the stone which doesn’t make much sense to me. I would have bought the stone and peel separately if I had known.
