It seems like a good pizza stone. So I have to be honest and hope my son and his soon to be wife do not see this review since they own a pizza resturant. Anyways I wanted to buy this because my younger son is going to be visiting from Florida soon and I kid you not this kid loves pizza and eats it more than I care to say.So once this was seasoned and left alone in oven for an hr I let it cool completely than I got busy making my own pizza .I did make it on the stone and can honestly say it was the best pizza I ever made by…

Broke during “cooking” time! So the instructions say to cook the stone for 1 hr at your ovens highest temp. My oven goes to 525°, but i was afraid to go that high so I “cooked” it at 500°. About 45 minutes in I heard a pop….yep, the stone broke in half. SERIOUSLY??!!??!! what a waste!

Best! Use cornmeal (pizza dough-homemade- sticks to the bottom … Best! Use cornmeal (pizza dough-homemade- sticks to the bottom and doesn’t get to be quite done). Also do no use PAM spray or olive oil to grease the pan.
