Hefty but you’ll be cooking at a high temp longer A solid pizza stone but the thickness of it doesn’t allow a quick bake time. Use a higher oven setting (depending on your food) like 500 degrees or so; depending on your oven and if it’s electric or gas to cook on this stone.
