I bought them specifically because I like the large holes which are relatively close together leaving a high opening percentage in the pan. THey do work well. A big drawback for me is the sharp metal burr that exists on the bottom side of every hole. The punch that made the hole, left behind a shear burr that is substantial. Before I purchased these pans I was using a pizza stone, but to get the bottom of the pizza crust to crisp a bit I had to take the pizza off the stone and put it directly on the oven rack for a few minutes. With these pans, the bottom of the pizza had just the right crispness to it. It was easy to put the pizza crust on the pans and when the pizza was done cooking the pizza slid right off.
