Note:
1.Before using our new pizza pan, you can wash it clearly and wipe some edible oil on the inner wall of the pizza pan,
then put the pan into oven and bake it for about 5 minutes with 150°C, then the pizza pan will have a better nonstick attribute.
2.Please clean the pizza pan with soft rag, hard cleaning tools will leave scratch on the coating.

Works for pizza with flour crust, not as good for gluten-free Perfect for smaller diameter pizzas in toaster ovens. Easy to clean, don’t forget to use spray (e.g., Pam). Worked well with flour and cauliflower-based pizza crusts but for Diaya gluten free it’s better to follow package instructions and place directly on grill, not on this pizza pan. Might work better for gluten free crusts if there were more or bigger holes. Would buy this again.
Nice pan. Good size for a personal pizza. 9″ Good design. Used for a small ceramic wood fire pizza oven. The opening is between 11 and 12″ so this worked with plenty of room. I wanted a pan with holes in the bottom to make sure no moisture was trapped. I am still working to get the temperature even so I did end up flipping my calzone but this wasn’t a problem at all with this pan. I would recommend also getting the pan grabber tool. You want to solidly grab the pan from the oven and it makes turning the pan for even cooking very simple.
Smoking with a gas grill. Love this pan. I use it as a lid for a cast iron pan which is used as a smoker in my gas Weber, the lid makes a great diffuser. Put soaked wood chips in the pan put the lid on the pan, set the pan under the grill grate on one side of the grill, on top of the flavorizor bars and you have a smoker. You can also put raw almonds on top of the diffuser pan and roast and smoke them. Be sure to turn the burner under the pan to high at least till the chips get going.
