Work great. They help the pizza brown on bottom. I have been trying cauliflower pizza crust and this works well, you can cook the crust a few minutes then bring it out and put rhe toppings on and cook it again. They are great pans.
Does what you’d think So far, I’m liking these pans. I’ve only used them twice, so if my opinion changes I’ll come back and add to my review. So far nothing has stuck. I’ve been using regular baking trays before purchasing this product, but I prefer these pans as they’re the right size and shape. They work how you’d expect a pizza pan too, so I’m happy with them.
Great pans Pizza crust is nice and crispy. Easy clean up. A little on the small side. I will see if they have larger sizes.
