A really nice pizza oven! This is a really nice pizza oven. For the size it was able to cook pizzas every 6 to 7 minutes, so when I had a party of 20 people at my house .. I was able to feed everybody. Couple of things that I learned,Use cornmeal on the bottom of the pizza in the spatula. Makes it much easier to come in and out of the oven.Only make the pizza the size of the spatula. Clean off the ceramic plate in between every few pizzas with the brush…

Make your own dough or buy from Trader Joes (the best). Tips for easy pizza. Roll out your dough on lightly floured parchment paper and place in oven on the paper. After 2 minutes, easily slide the parchment paper out from under the pizza. This takes care of sticky dough sticking to everything.
Great pizza maker Love this pizza oven. We used it for Christmas eve party and made 11 pizzas. Once you get the timing right it makes perfect individual pizza’s. The provided tools work good. Follow the cooking directions at the beginning till you get the hang of it and your good to go. We used Trader Joe’s dough and spread, they worked great.
