Great Mat for Rolling Out Dough. I bought the 36″ x 24″ mat. This mat is not as thick as a Silpat mat but if it was, you wouldn’t be able to store it. It folds nicely and lays firm to the counter. I needed a large mat to roll pastry and pie dough. This is excellent for this use. It cleans easily like all silicone and folds and rolls up easily for storage. I am more then satisfied with this mat.

I Have Room to Work! Absolutely perfect. Big enough to cover the entire top of my portable island with plenty of room to work without getting flour everywhere. A quick rinse and hang up to dry or wipe off easily with a towel. No circles to judge sizes with, but if you are familiar with pastry preparation you don’t really need those anyway. Super happy with this purchase. (Though it was a little expensive in my opinion).

Mat stays in place when rolling out dough. I have used it 3 times to make cinnamon rolls for the holidays. The mat stays in place and does not move around when rolling out the dough.
