Baking net cleaning and maintenance method:
Add detergent with warm water for about 15 to 30 minutes, and gently scrub with a soft cloth.
It is recommended to dry and apply a layer of cooking oil to extend the service life of the baking net.
Do not use hard objects such as iron wire ball to clean,easy to damage the protective layer on the surface of the baking net, and speed up the rust.

Oil your oven at first bake!!! It will look beautiful. Iâm super happy with my cute pizza oven! I used mesquite charcoal and a small shop vac on blower mode, I got the oven up to 700+. I had a friend over when I got it put together, he ran and grabbed vegetable oil and paper towels and rubbed the entire oven down. The oven looks great…a nice black glazed oil finish now. He had done that on a gas bbq grill of his and said it would help it look good. He was right!I cut some travertine tile to fit inside, for my pizza to sit on, worked great…
Great value! Great little pizza oven! Reminiscent of the pizza we had in Italy once we figured out how to use it. Came with instructions on assembly but not for use. Later we figured out that they were online.
It came pretty banged up. The price was right, but the top had obviously been dropped.
